Degree Programs

Welcome  to Berean Theological Seminary, the seminary with you, the student in mind.  We are proud of the degree programs that we offer and believe that if you are serious about your degree goals we can help you achieve your educational dreams. 

It is our sincere  hope that you are serious about your Christian Education; we can help. What are your educational aspirations? What is your calling? Is it a call  to Ministry, Christian Counseling, Christian Education, Evangelism, Missions, Administration, whatever your calling is we can help you get the training and education you need to be successful.

Prerequisite

You must have high school diploma or its equivalence, GED or Certificate of high school competency. You must show evidence of being in a leadership position:  administration, teaching or counseling position in a local Church or ministry setting for time period of no less than five years. You much submit a letter of reference from at least three persons who have been a witness to your ministry and character for no less than five years, and copy of your transcript from college or high school. If you don't have a copy of your transcript then we will need a detailed description of your ministry from your calling to the present verified by the signatures of three witnesses.

There are  no cost for our degree programs;  our only desire is that you receive the educational acumen that you need to be totally functional, and articulate in your area of concentration. Once again let me say that there are no cost for the degree programs, however there will be a cost for the registration, teaching materials, transcript and matriculation.  We ask that you pray for our ministry, and if you believe that this teaching model and style of training God's people would be a blessing to you, then go to the donation page and sow a financial seed into this teaching ministry, so that we can continue to train God's people.

If you are a high School graduate or its equivalent you will come into our program at the Associate, or Bachelor's  Degree level.  If you have an earned Associate Degree you would come in at the Bachelor Degree level, Bachelor Degree enter in at the Master's level, Masters Degree, enter in at the Doctorate level.  No Th.D., or Ph.Ds. except by special permission or appointment to said program.

 

The Student will be working at his/her own pace but will be highly encouraged  by the school administration to complete their studies in a timely manner.  

 

Associate Degree  (64) credits

Bachelor Degree   (128) credits

Masters Degree    (160) credits

Doctorate Degree (192) credits

 

Even though there is no cost for the degree program there are expenses on the seminary end that must be satisfied, and for that reason there is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee that must be submitted, go to the donation page for the submittal of this fee, and follow  the instruction. Method of Study

The first course in all the degree programs is the "King James Bible Audio".

This course is design to guide the student into Bible immersion. The entirely of the King James audio Version of the  Bible will be heard  so that the student will be totally familiar with the tool that he/she will be using in their ministry. At each completion of one of the 66  books of the audio Bible a summary of book will be written and submitted via e-mail for grading. Please keep a copy for yourself; homework will not be returned.

 

Once your application has been filled out and sent back along with all of the other paper work and a non-refundable registration fee, we will send you your syllabus outlining your course of study.

 

Each course is designed to maximize the amount of  information necessary for you to be competent in the area that you have chosen for your major . You will read a book, you will submit your assignment via e-mail. The homework will be graded and the grade will be recorded and e-mailed to you. Our modality will be that of Module style, each module will consist of various courses that will be tailored to your degree major and will be  worth a total of (64) credits.

 

We ask that you develope a consistent and fervent prayer life and we will be praying for you on our end. Once all of the course material has been completed and the Matriculation cost have been received you will receive your degree.
